Contact messages store your name, email, message and time so the site operator can respond. Do not send sensitive health information. The contact form does not provide medical care.

Cookies, logs and security

We use an essential session cookie for secure forms and administrator login. There are no advertising or analytics cookies installed by this website. Your hosting provider may process server logs including IP addresses. The application uses short-lived hashed IP identifiers to limit abuse; these expire within one hour and are deleted on subsequent form activity.

Retention and your choices

Newsletter records are retained until you request deletion. Unsubscribing stops future newsletter use but leaves a suppression record until deletion is requested. Comments and messages remain until removed by the operator. Ask us to access, correct, or delete your data through the contact form. Backups may retain removed records until rotated.

Hosting and service providers

This site is hosted on Namecheap shared hosting. Data is stored with that hosting account and may be processed in its server location. The operator is responsible for safeguarding access and responding to applicable privacy rights. We do not sell subscriber details.
